30-Day Return & Refund Policy
At CoatGlo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return: Email tienda1moises@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged items: Contact us immediately with photos — we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.
